Our free range beef cattle live on a natural grass and forage diet, home reared on our farm in Dorset. Giving them outdoor space combined with our years of experience enables them to have a fuller flavour and moist succulent meat. We use traditional farming techniques and small batch production. All our beef is hung for a minimum of 28 days to ensure the meat is tender and full of flavour. We age our prime beef cuts for 28 days as we believe this technique produces great tasting meat and offers value for money as we reduce the water content.
