Our free range beef cattle live on a natural grass and forage diet, home reared on our farm in Dorset. Giving them outdoor space combined with our years of experience enables them to have a fuller flavour and moist succulent meat. We use traditional farming techniques and small batch production. All our beef is hung for a minimum of 28 days to ensure the meat is tender and full of flavour.
Our products are packaged and delivered to you in a chilled box to ensure their quality is protected during transport to your home. To make the most of your purchase, place in the fridge as soon as its delivered unless consuming that day.
